Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
- Drive new business by identifying and securing partnerships with retail brands across the Hearst portfolio
- Build and grow relationships with a defined list of retail accounts to maximize revenue opportunities
- Execute strategic sales plans and deliver compelling, data-informed presentations across print, digital, and social channels
- Translate client KPIs into actionable proposals by collaborating with internal marketing, research, content, and talent teams
- Leverage expertise across direct digital, programmatic, print, and social platforms to guide clients toward effective media solutions
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue tracking through Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Provide insights and feedback to leadership to inform category-specific sales strategies and product development
