The Role
We’re hiring a senior-level Sales Executive to drive commercial HVAC service growth in one of the most active and competitive markets in the Northeast. This role is for a proven seller who understands how commercial facilities actually buy HVAC services and who thrives on owning a territory, building relationships, and closing work that sticks.
You’ll have the backing of an experienced operations team, strong technical depth, and the Crete United platform behind you. What you bring is discipline, credibility, and the ability to open doors and convert opportunity into recurring revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a defined commercial HVAC service territory across Connecticut and New York.
- Prospect, develop, and close new business with building owners, property managers, facility leaders, and general contractors.
- Expand existing accounts through contract renewals, service agreements, and upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with operations and service leadership to ensure sold work is delivered profitably and professionally.
- Maintain an active pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined follow-up.
- Represent C&C Service and Crete United with professionalism in the market and at industry events.
