Senior QA Engineer (AI Focus)

About the role

You'll own quality end to end for our core product lines — AI matching, creator workflows, payments and settlement, and more. You'll lead the full loop from requirements review through test design, execution, and release sign-off, and you'll own the quality of what ships. A big part of this role is going deep on AI and algorithm testing, where quality is harder to define and more interesting to solve.

What you'll do

*End-to-end quality ownership*

• Independently own quality assurance for core business lines (AI matching, creator workflows, payments/settlement).
• Lead the full cycle — requirements review, test case design, execution, release acceptance — and own final delivery quality.

*Full-stack, multi-platform testing*

• Cover web (brand and creator sides), mobile (iOS/Android), and backend APIs.
• Run functional, compatibility, performance, and stability testing to keep the experience consistent and reliable across platforms.

*Algorithm & AI testing*

• Go deep on validating algorithm-driven features: recommendation accuracy, strategy soundness, and edge-case behavior.
• Help engineering pinpoint model issues, driving improvements in both algorithm performance and system stability.

*Systems & efficiency*

• Map complex business flows and build reusable test-case libraries, standards, and best practices.
• Raise the team's overall testing efficiency through smart use of tooling, especially with limited resources.

*Production monitoring & rapid response*

• Establish production quality monitoring, and respond fast to issues in live environments.
• Lead root-cause analysis, drive engineering to a complete fix, and close the loop so the same problem doesn't recur.

Must-haves

- Strong fundamentals, works independently.
Bachelor's or above in Computer Science or related field, with solid testing theory. Proven success owning a complete business line — proactively spotting risk, driving progress, and solving complex problems....
