We are partnering with a well-established commercial and industrial property group with a large-scale national portfolio valued at approximately $1.3 billion. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant to join the finance team in a fully remote role.

## The Opportunity

As the Senior Property Accountant, you will take ownership of the end-to-end accounting function across a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties. You will work closely with leadership and operational teams to deliver accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and strong financial controls.

## Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end property accounting for a commercial and industrial portfolio
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on financial performance
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure accuracy of general ledger and financial records
• Support year-end audit and compliance requirements
• Work across different entity structures including:

- Companies
- Unit trusts
- Discretionary trusts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including property and asset management teams
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
