The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who is responsible for project planning and contract administration, project execution, safety management, financial/project performance management, client relations, and team leadership including the mentoring of Project Associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Contract Administration – Review RFPs, proposals, estimates, schedules, contracts, and related documents to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements and contractual obligations; prepare subcontracts and contracts for approval; review, approve, and/or forward project submittals, including drawings, material samples, and other required documentation; prepare, submit, and manage project change orders; and coordinate project schedules, permits, job layouts, and other preconstruction requirements with the project team.
