Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of project management experience, strong hands-on experience working in Agile environments, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion while serving as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing team impediments, and ensuring effective collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, timelines, and overall performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Track project budgets and resource allocation to ensure delivery within approved timelines and budgets.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance requirements are maintained.

Scrum Master / Agile Leadership

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure teams understand and follow Scrum principles, Agile practices, and organizational processes.
• Identify and remove impediments that may affect team productivity or sprint delivery.
• Protect the team from unnecessary external distractions and help maintain a productive working environment.
• Promote transparency, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective ways of working.
