Job Description
The Senior Project Manager provides consulting services to our financial services client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This role will support our Retail Branch Refurbish Team.
This job is part of the Project Management function and responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
What you’ll do
Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Interface directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
