1. Job Description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, acting as the key point of contact for clients, CSM, production, operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, project charters, governance processes, and ensure effective resource and capacity coordination across multiple locations.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, timelines, and budgets; develop recovery plans and drive projects back on track when needed.
• Ensure clear, transparent, and professional communication across all stakeholders, including assertively managing expectations and challenging unrealistic timelines or scopes.
• Solve complex problems under pressure and provide guidance, coaching, and project management best practices to cross-functional teams.
• Prepare structured project reports, post-project reviews, and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Requirements

• **PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification is mandatory.**
• Fluent professional English (C1 level or above), both written and verbal.
• 5+ years of experience successfully managing complex, high-impact projects involving multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Experience in client-facing projects within international, multicultural, and multilingual environments.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ownership, accountability, assertiveness, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while making fast and effective decisions.
