Job Description

• Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage pump station, water treatment, wastewater treatment, and other infrastructure construction projects.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and risk management.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, inspectors, and government agencies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Drive project profitability through effective financial management and cost control.
• Coordinate with executive leadership on strategic project planning and resource allocation.
• Manage change orders, contract administration, and project reporting.
• Support business growth initiatives through client engagement and market presence.
