Location: Remote (Newcastle-based) with regular travel to Oxford (OX4 2NE)

Salary: Up to £50,000/year (depending on experience)

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week (Full Time)

Location, Travel & Future Working Pattern

This role is based remotely from the Newcastle area, with structured travel to our Oxford office:

• **Induction: Full-time on-site in Oxford for your first week.**
• **Ongoing Travel: On-site presence in Oxford for 2 days every fortnight (travel/expenses policy applies).**
• **Future Roadmap: We plan to establish a physical office in Newcastle in the future. You must be comfortable working remotely indefinitely until this occurs. Once the Newcastle office opens, the role will transition to an office-based pattern (4 days in the Newcastle office, 1 day remote per week, continuous visit to the Oxford office).**
