Position Description:

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) plans, directs, manages, and provides oversight of assigned design and construction related projects to ensure Customer, Stakeholders and organizational goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedules & budget parameters. SPM manages, organizes, & resolves issues, risks, change orders & various other requests to ensure successful, on time projects. SPM facilitates, manages, and organizes all contract administrations, subcontractor partnerships and subcontractor agreements. SPM will meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for project & departmental success. SPM may provide direction, leadership, and management to more junior Project Managers and teammates as necessary to ensure project success is achieved. SPM must lead and contribute to continual improvement initiatives and team development to ensure continued success and customer experience. SPM is responsible for Costs, Quality, Delivery, Communications & Safety for each of their assigned projects.

Reports to: Director of Project Management

Responsibilities:

• Set & continually manage project & program expectations while delegating & managing deliverable’s
• Manage all scope of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to & directly supports the achievement project & department objectives
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to closeout for major & minor projects simultaneously
• Work creatively & analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, & excellence
• Utilize company practices, templates, policies, tools & partnerships to expand capabilities for the organization
• Own all change order management, tracking, communications, and execution requirements for each project
