Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent project management software, coordinating all phases of construction scheduling.
• Oversee construction estimating processes utilizing HeavyBid or similar tools to establish accurate budgets and cost forecasts.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Coordinate with design teams to review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
• Supervise project teams on-site and off-site, providing leadership in managing construction site activities while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, inspections, and progress reports; address issues proactively to keep projects on track.
• Ensure construction regulatory compliance by adhering to local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Civil 3D, or Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and communication across teams.
