About this role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to work with our clients to deliver exceptional projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will provide project management of internal resources to ensure project delivery. You have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction. You will report to a Project Director.
This role is open to applicants based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Work with team leads to proactively plan and manage resourcing
Financial Oversight:
- Work with the Director, Operations to manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a related field plus 4-8 years of experience in project management at a pharmaceuticals marketing agency
- Proven track record of building and managing client relationships, delivering successful marketing solutions in the pharmaceutical industry in scope, on time and on budget.
- Strong understanding of medical, legal and regulatory compliance and MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in project management systems and tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
