Senior Project Manager

About this role

### The Senior Project Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading and delivering complex, high‑impact telecommunications projects from initiation through completion. This role is accountable for project execution outcomes: including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction, but does not have people management responsibilities. The Senior Project Manager works cross‑functionally with sales, operations, engineering, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with defined business requirements. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to proactively manage risk, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion. For candidates outside of driving distance to our office, this role may be offered as a remote opportunity. RESPONSIBILITES: Program Leadership

• ### **Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-site telecommunications projects (e.g., network expansions, infrastructure deployments).**
• ### **Own project delivery outcomes, including scope, timeline, budget, and quality.**
• ### **Maintain accountability for successful completion of defined project deliverables and customer requirements.**
• ### **Lead cross-functional execution through coordination, influence, and structured project management practices.**

### Program Planning & Execution

• ### **Build and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects and regions. Manages interdependencies between projects and workstreams.**
• ### **Ensure assigned projects remain aligned to scope, timeline, and budget expectations.**
• ### **Coordinate project managers and functional teams across the assigned projects.**
