• Manage project budgets through effective cost control measures, utilizing HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools to ensure financial accuracy.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, progress reports, and schedule updates; address any delays or issues proactively.
• Manage contracts and procurement processes via Prolog or equivalent systems while maintaining clear communication channels among all stakeholders.
• Lead project teams by assigning tasks, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality outcomes.
