The Role

• Plan, implement, and control innovative IT projects for modern hospital information systems (KIS).
• Lead project teams, partners, and third-party vendors, coordinating tasks and resources.
• Prepare steering committees, manage risks, create management reports and decision templates.
• Ensure smooth communication and professional handling of escalations, as well as strategic client development through C-level management.
• Oversee and manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and effective controlling.

What You'll Need

• Several years of experience with complex digitalization projects in a clinical environment.
• Expertise in clinical processes and IPMA certification are a plus.
• Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Health Management) or comparable qualification.
• Analytical, independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor, especially with C-level clients.
• Willingness to travel and very good communication skills in German.
