Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, multi-stakeholder language projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements are met. Daily responsibilities include planning project workflows, coordinating internal teams and external vendors, managing logistics and resource allocation, and overseeing inspection and quality control processes. The person in this role will monitor risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status to clients and internal stakeholders, while driving continuous improvement in project delivery. The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to process optimization, documentation, and best practices that support scalable, high-quality language programs.
