We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure construction projects from inception to completion. Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory requirements
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating timelines across multiple teams
• Manage project budgets through Construction estimating tools and HeavyBid to ensure financial targets are met
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows
• Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to construction regulations
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong track record of successful delivery
• Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other project scheduling tools
