Job Summary

Lead complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from planning through completion. You’ll coordinate teams, schedules, budgets, contracts, and compliance requirements while keeping project partners informed and work moving forward.

Duties

• Direct construction project management, including scope, cost management, construction budget management, and project schedule coordination.
• Build and maintain project schedules; coordinate milestones, resources, and dependencies across teams and contractors.
• Review construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide execution and resolve project issues.
• Monitor construction regulations and regulatory compliance, site progress, risks, and documentation; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Lead project coordination and teams in a construction management role, using construction management software and project management software to track work.

Skills

• Required: Project management and project leadership experience, including managing complex infrastructure projects and construction project management.
• Required: Construction experience, construction site experience, and experience managing teams in a construction management role; commercial construction experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction estimating, construction scheduling, construction management, cost management, and construction regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read construction plans, blueprints, and schematics; manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and competing priorities with strong time management.
• Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, Primavera P6, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, Microsoft Office, and other construction management or project management software.
