This is a senior individual contributor role at the heart of our finance team. You will work hands-on across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll for 140+ employees - and serve as a key backup across all three functions. For the right person, this role offers a clear path to grow into an Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller.

# What You Will Do
Accounts Receivable
Process progress billings, AIA/Schedule of Values (SOVs), and change orders
Track retention and follow up on timely collections
Prepare Preliminary Notices and Lien Waivers to protect the company's interests
Maintain accurate records and support strong client relationships
Accounts Payable
Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
Assist with GL reconciliations and weekly check runs
Support vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies promptly
Payroll
Assist in processing complex payroll for 140+ ...
