Oracle's Data Center Organization is seeking a Data Center Project Controls Senior Program Manager with expertise in project control to join our growing team as we aim to enhance our project management capabilities. The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in establishing and supporting the Project Controls function, which is responsible for monitoring and managing various aspects of data center projects, including cost, schedule, risk, and performance. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong program management skills and experience in project control tools and methodologies.


Responsibilities:
Systems Ownership & Governance

• Support the end-to-end governance of Project Controls systems, including Primavera Cloud and Oracle Unifier.
• Configuration of systems to enforce global standards for schedule, cost, change, forecasting, reporting, and controls.
• Support business system owner, accountable for system configuration, usage standards, and lifecycle management.
• Establish decision rights, approval hierarchies, and change-control processes for both system and AI-related enhancements.
• Protect system integrity by prioritizing requirements and explicitly declining low-value or high-risk requests.

Process Improvements

• Analyze end-to-end data center construction processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Lead development and implementation of standardized workflows, templates, and best practices across programs and regions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on schedule predictability, cost control, change management, and risk mitigation.
