We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the self-serve product experience for our SMB customers: small to medium brands selling on Shopify and beyond. The proposition for this segment is unbuilt, the squad is yours to shape, and you'll own the slice of ARR that comes with it. Working closely with engineers, designers, and AI researchers, you'll decide what gets built, why, and how it ships
Compensation: £95k-£110k pa
Location: Remote across Europe with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed)

- **Own a real slice of the self-serve product.** From idea to shipped feature, you will build and execute the roadmap that solves problems for our users.
- **Define the problem before the solution.** Sharpen the user problem, then partner with design and engineering to ship work that feels effortless.
- **Turn AI capabilities into products people want.** Work hand-in-hand with our researchers and engineers to convert new model capabilities into shipped features that move usage and revenue.
- **Stay close to the user.** Talk to e-commerce sellers every week, and feed what you hear directly into roadmap decisions.
