## 🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap for OpenCRQ, Filigran’s product focused on Threat-driven Risk Assessment and Cyber Risk Quantification (CRQ).

In this role, you’ll make clear, data-informed decisions about which problems to solve and why, helping customers move toward more quantitative, probabilistic risk management. You’ll act as a domain expert in cyber risk, challenge and shape the core product model, and align Product, Engineering, Business, and leadership around measurable user and business outcomes.

You’ll also help define strategic ecosystem choices for OpenCRQ, including potential partnerships with the FAIR Institute, breach/data providers, and other relevant risk and cybersecurity ecosystem players.

At Filigran, Product Managers are also expected to actively participate in the AI-driven development of prototypes, working hands-on with AI Agents to explore concepts, validate assumptions, and accelerate product discovery and delivery.

## 💼 Your Responsibilities

- Own the product vision and roadmap for OpenCRQ, with a strong Cyber Risk Quantification mindset.
- Challenge and shape the core product model, including the data model, emphasized controls, and how risk is communicated to customers.
- Lead customer and prospect discovery to validate direction, prioritize problems, and identify high-impact opportunities.
- Make clear, data-informed product decisions and align stakeholders around trade-offs and priorities.
