⭐️ The Growth TeamYou'll be joining a high-visibility growth pod that owns some of the most critical parts of the Nivoda funnel. The team works at the intersection of data, design, and engineering — and operates with the urgency of a startup inside a scaling business.

This is a new co-located team - right in Boston. There will be some flexibility, but we believe that working together in person will help deliver the most speed and impact.

🤔 About the RoleAs Senior PM for Growth, you'll own the metrics that determine whether Nivoda grows. You'll lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers to ship fast, run experiments, and relentlessly improve conversion and retention across the funnel. This isn't a role for people who want to write specs and hand them over — it's for someone who thrives in the middle of the action, connects data to narrative, and leads their team toward outcomes with clarity and pace.
