The Role

• Translate business strategy into actionable product plans and define requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Drive product discovery, roadmap definition, and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify future platform opportunities based on organizational objectives.
• Apply risk management principles to product decisions, ensuring compliance.
• Lead PI planning and backlog prioritization across multiple teams.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology and experience leading agile teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex backlogs, prioritize features, and deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into strategic product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of risk management principles, ideally in financial services or lending.
