Senior Product Designer

About this role

• Glydways is looking for an outstanding product designer to join the Design team and build phenomenal end to end rider and operator experiences
• Our unique product offering presents entirely new experiences both for the rider and the team of operators managing our systems
• Join a team forging a new path for autonomous mass transit as we develop completely new solutions
• Design clear, intuitive, and elegant interfaces for riders and operators
• Create end-to-end product flows that simplify complex systems
• Develop UI components and patterns that scale across platforms
• Communicate design intent through prototypes, specs, and visual assets
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution
• Uphold design quality and consistency across all digital touchpoints- Strong collaboration and communication skills across disciplines
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Photoshop, or equivalents)
• A portfolio that demonstrates clarity, refinement, and creative problem-solving
• Expert knowledge of user-centered design and interaction principles
• 10+ years designing digital products, with a strong focus on UX and UI
