Senior Product Designer

About this role

• You’ll be the sole product designer, working directly with the CEO, a PM, and an engineering team to bring clarity and simplicity to a complex fintech product
• You’ll take rough problem areas and drive them end-to-end: shaping the problem, exploring solutions, pressure testing assumptions, and ensuring the solution comes to life
• We ship quickly so you’ll help raise the bar without slowing the team down
• Take ambiguous problem areas and turn them into simplified solutions
• Inject product thinking into fast-moving conversations
• Proactively seek out customer perspectives to inform your decisions
• Challenge assumptions with clear rationale
• Design flows across payments, underwriting, capital, and fintech infrastructure
• Use modern AI-native tools (v0, Loveable, etc.) to explore interactive ideas
• Partner tightly with PM and engineering to make pragmatic tradeoffs
• Empower the team to ship quickly and iterate in the wild
• You won’t just make things look better - you’ll ensure they make sense
