About this role

Overview
Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.

To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the United States. You will work closely with engineering teams and technical leaders across the United States, Australia, and India.

Atlassian’s Trusted Data Platform (TDP) and Data Exchange Platform (DXP) provide the secure, reliable, and scalable data-storage, streaming, processing, and movement capabilities used by Atlassian product and platform teams. This is a high-leverage individual-contributor role. You will establish technical direction, lead complex cross-organizational initiatives, resolve architectural ambiguity, and raise the engineering quality bar across multiple teams. You will partner with engineering managers, principal engineers, product and program leaders, infrastructure teams, security specialists, and Atlassian product organizations.
