Sapiens is seeking an experienced Sr. Cloud Solutions Engineer to support our North American Go-to-Market (GTM) organization.


This is a customer-facing technical and commercial role that works closely with Sales throughout the opportunity lifecycle. The Cloud Solutions Engineer serves as a bridge between the customer, Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Delivery, Finance, Pricing, and other internal teams required to develop a complete solution.


The successful candidate will combine strong cloud and SaaS knowledge with commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate complex opportunities across a global organization. This role is part of the Go-to-Market organization and will primarily support North American opportunities while collaborating extensively with global teams.


Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Opportunity Support


Partner with Sales throughout the opportunity lifecycle as the primary Cloud Solutions Engineering resource for SaaS, Agentic AI and cloud-related discussions.

Lead technical discovery to understand customer operational objectives, architecture, security considerations, operational requirements, and cloud strategy.

Support complex enterprise opportunities involving multiple Sapiens products, platforms, and technical dependencies.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Sales and customer stakeholders throughout evaluation, proposal, and contracting activities (participating in contract negotiating).
