Principal Environmental Project Manager
to join our team in either Arkansas or Oklahoma, reporting into our Arlington, TX office. As a
Senior or
Principal Project Manager,
you’ll take charge of high-profile natural resources projects, cultivating strong client relationships, managing multidisciplinary teams, and guiding biological field studies from planning to completion. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring emerging talent and driving new business opportunities that align with your vision and expertise.


In this leadership role, you’ll support a broad array of clients navigating complex environmental challenges related to the
Endangered Species Act (ESA)
,
Clean Water Act (CWA)
, and other federal, state, and local regulations. Our diverse portfolio spans industries such as
electrical transmission, oil & gas,
infrastructure

land development

water resources
, and
government agencies

This is a full-time, salaried position
offering a
comprehensive benefits package

distributed (= remote) work model
located in Arkansas or Oklahoma.

This requisition can hire at two levels -

• Senior Project Manager - Typically with ten (10) years of relevant industry experience and expertise, plus five (5) years of project management experience.
• Principal Project Manager - Typically with twelve (12) years of relevant industry experience and expertise, plus seven (7) years of project management experience.
