This is an on-property role and part of the Global Hyatt Hotels Managed portfolio.

Position Overview

The Senior Operations Manager is a key leader responsible for overseeing both Rooms and Food & Beverage operations, ensuring seamless execution, exceptional guest experiences, and strong financial performance across all areas.

This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Security, and multiple F&B outlets. The position partners with senior leaders to drive operational excellence, colleague engagement, and profitability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Excellence

• Lead daily operations across Rooms and F&B, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a high standard of guest service.
• Maintain and elevate service standards aligned with Hyatt’s brand and culture.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
• Oversee high-volume occupancy periods, events, and special guest requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless end-to-end guest experience.

Financial & Strategic Leadership

• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across Rooms and F&B.
• Analyze operational metrics including occupancy, revenue, labor, and expense controls to drive profitability.
