POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer provides engineering, operations, and advisory support for CBO's Microsoft cloud environments (M365, Azure, Microsoft Security). Designs, implements, maintains, and optimizes secure cloud services per NIST 800-53, 800-207 (Zero Trust), and FedRAMP Moderate. Covers enterprise tenant management, Azure infra/app dev, Exchange Online & collaboration (Teams, SharePoint), IAM (Entra ID, Conditional Access, PAM), and security ops across Defender, Sentinel, Purview. Manages Intune/Autopilot endpoint delivery, hybrid AD/Entra tiered security, PowerShell/Graph admin lockdown, MFA provider transitions (incl. 3rd-party MFA, Smart Card/FIDO), Power BI reporting/dashboards (health, compliance, spend/forec...
