We're looking for a *Senior Manager, Marketing Operation**s* to join our team.

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations is responsible for leading the systems, processes, data, and technology that power the firm's marketing and business development efforts. This role serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Growth Officer, overseeing marketing technology platforms, CRM strategy, lead management processes, reporting, and firmwide adoption of marketing tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing operations professional to make a significant impact on the firm's growth strategy while helping modernize marketing systems and processes. As a leader within the firm, you will play a key role in optimizing technology, improving data-driven decision making, and creating scalable solutions that support long-term growth and operational excellence.

This position is fully remote, with priority given to candidates living in the southeastern United States.
