We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of digital projects. This role is responsible for owning the project plan across all phases, ensuring that scope, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned with client expectations.

The Senior Project Manager will act as the central point of coordination between stakeholders, internal teams, and delivery streams. This position requires strong communication skills, experience managing website or CMS-related projects, and the ability to proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain **daily communication with clients**, providing project updates and ensuring alignment.
• Coordinate work across **multiple delivery streams,** including web development, content, and related services.
• Manage **project dependencies and risks** throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead **discovery and project kickoff calls** with clients and stakeholders.
• Facilitate **stakeholder feedback sessions** and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Translate project requirements into **clear and actionable tickets for delivery teams**.
• Oversee **scope, timeline, and deliverables** to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and mitigate **risks and blockers** affecting project timelines or quality.

Key Requirements

• **5+ years of experience** in Project Management
• **3+ years of experience** working with websites, CMS platforms, or content deployment systems.
• Professional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in **B2B environments**
• Experience creating **project documentation and operational processes**
• Previous experience working in **digital agencies or consultancies**
• Strong ability to **collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams**.
