Position Summary
Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a
Senior Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE)
supporting the AFLCMC/HNJ Communications and Networks Directorate Special Programs Division, located at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. The division focuses on rapid prototyping, secure Kill Chain capabilities integration, and special access program mission execution. In this role, you will lead Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) documentation efforts and provide Systems Security Engineering (SSE) expertise across highly classified environments, ensuring cybersecurity protections are embedded into system architectures from concept through sustainment.


Responsibilities
In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.


Duties Include, But Not Limited To

• Lead the coordination of A&A documentation.
• Assist with design, development, implementation, and integration of systems IA architecture.
• Serve as PMO expert of IA security protections and requirements.
• Assist in development of security Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) mitigations through timely assessment of POA&M corrective actions.
• Conduct technical and nontechnical reviews and observe audits as necessary to support development and test efforts.
