## What You'll Do

### Website Growth & Conversion Optimization

• Own the website optimization roadmap, focusing on conversion, enrollments, and customer acquisition efficiency.
• Improve landing pages, navigation, plan discovery, pricing presentation, and enrollment experiences.
• Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance to identify friction, abandonment, and growth opportunities.
• Take a hands-on approach to website updates, landing-page development, and optimization using CMS and modern web tools.

### Experimentation & Analytics

- Build and execute a structured CRO program, including hypothesis development, A/B testing, measurement, and iteration.
- Design and evaluate experiments across messaging, CTAs, forms, landing pages, and enrollment flows.
- Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, and behavioral analytics to understand performance and identify opportunities.
- Partner with Analytics and Engineering to improve event tracking, attribution, and experimentation measurement.
