## Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and support a real-time, cloud-based application platform.
This role collaborates across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI systems to deliver a secure, scalable, and high-performing platform. The position also champions engineering standards, system reliability, and security practices while supporting the growth of a high-performing engineering team.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

## Requirements
Technical
AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, or equivalent)
5+ years of full-stack software development experience
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
Experience with backend systems (Node.js, Python, or similar)
Experience building and deploying applications in AWS environments
Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and distributed systems
Security & Systems
Experience working with secure application and cloud architecture practices
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and data protection methods
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and system reliability practices
Relevant certifications are a plus, such as:
AWS Certified Security – Specialty
CompTIA Security+
Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) (nice-to-have, not required)
Collaboration & Leadership
Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience contributing to team development and mentoring engineers
Strong problem-solving and system-level thinking
Agile or team-based delivery experience (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar is a plus)
