*Role Summary*

This role is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the core operating systems that power the company’s tutor marketplace and service delivery infrastructure. The focus of the role is the development of the tutor supply engine and operational reliability layer that directly drive revenue activation, tutor utilization, service quality, and operational efficiency.

This is a transformation-focused role, not a maintenance or support function. The successful consultant is expected to replace manual and reactive operational processes with scalable systems, automation, and AI-enabled workflows that support a real-time, high-performance operational environment.

The role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations, with ownership across operational tooling, workflow automation, marketplace mechanics, system reliability, and execution infrastructure.
