Location & Work Schedule: These roles offer a hybrid work schedule (2 days onsite) and we are considering candidates based in

the following locations:

Portsmouth, NH, Boston, MA, Plano, TX, Indianapolis, IN and Columbus, OH with a preference towards Portsmouth and Indianapolis.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong full stack development experience and deep familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native engineering practices. This role will design, build, test, deploy, and support modern digital and service-based solutions that improve claims experiences for customers, adjusters, and internal partners.

You’ll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from user-facing applications to backend services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and production support.
