OVERVIEW:

- ROLE: Senior Full Stack Engineer with AI
- ROLE TYPE: Direct Hire
- COMPENSATION
- BASE: Base salary is flexible and will be determined based on experience and overall fit for the role.
- BONUS: This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus targeted at 15% of base salary, with the opportunity to earn up to 30% of base for exceptional company performance.
- WORK LOCATION: Client is based in Wisconsin, but this role can operate anywhere in the US. That said, they prefer someone in the upper Midwest (i.e., someone who could drive to Green Bay, WI, for occasional on-site meetings without too much effort). So, candidates outside that range (i.e., > 700 miles one way) would need to be a high degree fit to be considered.
- WORK AUTHORIZATION: The client cannot sponsor visa candidates; therefore, work authorizations must be held by U.S. citizens, Permanent Residents (Green Card holders), or Visas not based on employer sponsorship (such as visas sponsored by a spouse or relative).
