Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications across both front-end and back-end stacks. The role requires deep technical expertise, architectural thinking, and collaboration with UI/UX designers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver next-generation digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain modern, scalable full-stack applications (frontend, backend, APIs, and databases).
• Architect robust, maintainable, and reusable code structures and system designs.
• Integrate front-end and back-end systems with third-party APIs, authentication systems, and microservices.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure CI/CD automation and efficient deployment pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure code maintainability.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers and guide them in modern frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with the R&D and AI teams to integrate emerging technologies into production systems.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Express.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Snowflake.
• Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, VPS hosting & Deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI APIs, data pipelines, or ML model integration is a plus.
