The Role

This is a senior, hands on engineering role covering two core front end platforms: a multi app web monorepo built on Next.js and a cross platform mobile client built on React Native. You will deliver complex features end to end, contribute to architecture and patterns alongside the lead, and help shape the tooling and AI workflows the wider team relies on. Working across product, design, content, and platform teams, you will bring strong code, thoughtful review, and pragmatic technical judgement to a team that genuinely values ownership and honesty. This suits someone who wants real influence over technical direction, not just ticket delivery, and who enjoys mentoring engineers around them.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complex, end to end features across both the Next.js web platform and the React Native mobile app
• Contribute to front end architecture, module boundaries, and the shared dependency graph across a multi app Nx monorepo
• Own third party integrations end to end, including SDK, secrets, configuration, typed wrapper, and rollout
• Drive CI/CD improvements across both repos, including affected based pipelines and mobile release channels
• Review code across web and mobile, raising quality, performance, and accessibility standards
