Position Summary
As the Senior Financial Analyst-Manufacturing, you will provide financial leadership and strategic partnership to plant operations, procurement, and cross-functional teams by delivering actionable financial insights that drive operational performance and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include leading monthly production variance reporting, conducting product cost analysis, supporting financial forecasting, and coordinating plant specific year-end audit activities. As the primary finance partner to plant leadership, you will influence decision-making, promote accountability, and help drive cost optimization and operational excellence through strong analytical skills, collaboration, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
