. This individual shall be responsible for establishing the conceptual approach to all systems on multiple projects and ensuring its implementation through the management of resources.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Designer - Project Manager - CF, you will be responsible for managing the function of projects. Take ownership of the client's and the firm's project goals for those projects assigned to him/her in terms of: project contract management, understanding and managing client expectations, tight project schedule control, controlling and optimizing project financials including billing and collections, and ensuring optimal project information flow (internal and externally). Mus work closely with trade specific project engineers to ensure al the items above are delivered in a coordinated product. Develop staff skills along the lines of project management.

Essential duties:

• Convert client goals into appropriate system designs and/or solutions considering the environmental affects; project budget; health; safety and welfare of the public; and local systems and methods
• Represent Firm in all interactions with clients, contractors and other project team members
• Coordinate and assign various projects to be performed by the design team (i.e., system design and project engineering)
• Supervise and lead the design team under the direction of the Engineer of Record; which includes candidate selection, training, assignment of work, assessing performance and administering disciplinary action when appr...
