The Senior Director, Global Business Services – Operations is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of NTT's Global Business Services (GBS) function globally. This role entails providing operational leadership, driving operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality services across various Regions, Functions and Divisions. This role leverages their substantial experience, collaborates with cross functional teams, guides initiatives, and contributes to GBS success through streamlined operations.


This role provides leadership and management of GBS operations resources, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving operational excellence.


Key responsibilities:

• Develops and executes a comprehensive operational strategy for GBS functions that aligns with organizational goals and fosters operational excellence.
• Collaborates closely with GBS functional leaders, senior leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of operational initiatives with business objectives.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of GBS operations.
• Implements best practices and process optimizations.
• Oversees the global delivery of GBS services, ensuring consistency in service levels, compliance with standards, and alignment with business requirements.
• Defines performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and targets for GBS operations
