### The Role

You aren’t just a taskmaster; you are a consultant and a bridge between our talented strategy team and our clients. You will manage large-scale web projects from discovery to launch, ensuring every milestone is achieved with quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• **Strategic Oversight:** Own the project lifecycle—defining plans, schedules, and work breakdowns while actively managing scope and budgets.
• **Client Partnership:** Act as the primary point of contact, leading status calls and nurturing long-term relationships to identify growth opportunities.
• **Team Leadership:** Clear the path for our digital and strategy teams, assigning work and ensuring everyone has the resources to succeed.
• **Risk Mitigation:** Proactively diagnose risks, deliver difficult news with a solution-oriented mindset, and troubleshoot issues before they escalate.
• **Financial Coordination:** Partner with accounting to ensure client billing is accurate and on schedule.
