As a key member of the DevSecOps department within Foundational Products, your mission will be to guide and empower teams in adopting best-in-class DevSecOps toolchains while leveraging AI tooling to boost automation, security, and efficiency throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI capabilities into existing DevSecOps pipelines to enhance automation, security, and developer productivity
• Enable product teams to adopt standardized CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and secure development workflows
• Help teams implement automation strategies that reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency, especially through AI and ML
• Partner with engineering teams to adopt mature DevSecOps practices and AI-enabled tooling through hands-on support, training, and mentoring
• Work with platform, security, and operations teams to ensure cohesive implementation of DevSecOps strategies that align with enterprise goals

Requirements

• Proven success in implementing CI/CD workflows and DevSecOps tooling in complex enterprise environments with GitHub and Azure (3+ years of experience)
