The Role

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software engineering and infrastructure. You'll help keep some of the web's highest-traffic real estate platforms running at scale — and you'll have a real say in how we evolve our platform engineering practices. If you care deeply about automation, resilience, and developer experience, this is the job for you.

This position is located in Arlington, VA and offers a schedule of Monday through Thursday in office and the option to work from home Friday.

What You’ll Do

• **Architect & automate** infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, Helm) across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments.
• **Own the CI/CD pipeline** — design, build, and optimize delivery workflows using tools like Azure DevOps Pipelines, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
