The Role

• Serve as a key liaison for data collection, submission, and quality assurance within a Palantir/Foundry-based data platform
• Provide data and analytical technical expertise to support Resource Management Plan submission, monitoring, and analysis for federal Financial Management Systems
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of federal financial and personnel data systems like FBIS, UFMS, and EHCM
• Develop and present findings, analysis, reports, and other work products to relevant audiences and stakeholders
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned program offices regarding data submission requirements and platform expectations
• Collect, review, and validate budgetary, resource, and personnel data from program offices for completeness

What You'll Need

• Experience with data platforms, data entry systems, or analytics tools; exposure to Palantir/Foundry, FBIS, UFMS, EHCM is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial, resource, and personnel data
• Basic familiarity with programming concepts (Python, SQL, or similar preferred)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, able to explain technical processes to non-technical users
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks across diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in data, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience); Minimum 3+ years in data analysis, operations support, or similar
