The Opportunity

As a Senior Data Product Owner, you will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable product requirements that enable the successful delivery of solutions. Working as an integral member of a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART), you will leverage Jira and Clarity to create and manage product features, partner with Agile teams to decompose features into user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized product backlog. You will facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing prioritization activities to ensure delivery teams are focused on the highest-value work. You will develop and maintain a strong collaboration across technology teams and guide product delivery from concept through implementation while supporting USAA Bank’s strategic data initiatives.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, or Plano, TX. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
